Yeap, me having the same problem too ~ for Peninsular is OK, but for Sabah & Sarawak~they are problem in case of any loss, they will not refund. Normally I just leave the space blank~unless the clerk ask me to fill in the description. My concern is that when you put description there~if you send something valuable like laptop or phone ~ erm..scared theft.
So, just leave the description empty unless they ask you to.

No way the clerk is going to be so ignorant to miss out the field..
Today I posted an item and I forgot to fill out the package content section, the clerk asked me to fill up that section before sign..
Now the problem is, they listed hand phones as a no-no in their list, anyone have any experience on this?
Maybe a few replies from the phone sellers might shine some light on this situation?
