i also facing the same problem. Item check out before 5pm, code not yet appear on the tracking system. but surprisingly, the item arrive on next day

i also think so.. as long as arrive will be fine...

anyway, now can track already.. .. now waiting excitedly for my phone~~

The Online really have problem , sometimes can track , sometimes cannot track . If cannot track online , U may call to their Hotline to track ur parcel .

i don't mind it can track or not... because i used to it.. i posted more than 1000 parcels so i kinda know whats pos laju up to.. but sometimes sien of their system.. they know its so lousy but they never improve.

it has been years that everyone complains.. but they still take it at glance.. like left ear in right ear out.

Because this is Pos Malaysia and " MAlAYSIA BOLEH "

Few days ago my sis send me a parcel from Petaling Jaya to Singapore

Here is the tracking information.

It stated that the item successfully delivered. But I didn't receive the item. Plus the timing is 00:45. What does it means?

do not hesitate to call pos laju to ask about it. because the item might be sent to wrong house.

tml is public holiday ( due to Malaysia Football Team won the Suzuki Cup), that means pos laju service will rest as well tml?

no ..not yet.. since they write "miss delivery" means they didn't attempt the delivery yet due to some reason.

i just received my package from Australia. Send out using AUSTPOS, but i track using Pos Laju tracker..

I put in the order on the 23rd of December 2010 at a shop in Australia. He posted on the same day to their local post office. But Christmas was near. So Australian Post only sent it out to Malaysia on the 27th December.

Today the 30th December 2010, my parcel arrived intact through pos laju. I suppose Auspost passes the parcel to our local post to do the domestic delivery.

If you want to send a parcel or receive one, please keep in mind public holidays. Instead of complaining why Malaysian Post go on holiday on public holidays... (DUH)... why not plan properly and give yourself more buffer time.
