Hi, I am currently in KL and will relocate to KK,Sabah soon.
Thinking to send back my CPU and monitor to sabah.

1. Is it possible to send back by pos laju? or any other method to recommend?

2. What is the estimated cost? The CPU is roughly 15kg and monitor i think 3kg.

4. My CPU is CoolerMaster 690, will they ask me to use the dimension instead?

5. Last time i went to the small pos office near mont kiara, she told me she dare not accept my package due to high price and she is not familiar. sweat.gif I wonder sometime LYN seller selling big and bulk item, what are they using to pos??

Sorry for the lengthy questions, and thanks in advance! notworthy.gif

1. Yes, U can post by pos laju if u do not mind the postage is expensive

2. u can check the rates at pos.com.my

3. If the dimension is more than 30cm, they will measure and compare the price with weight. They will choose whichever greater.

4. Normally, will use E-Parcel. Its cheaper but take longer time. From West Malaysia to East Malaysia normally takes 5 to 7 working days t arrive.

i called them today, here's the conversation:

me : hi, im calling because im supposed to received my parcel yesterday, but even today still not receive
the poslaju lady: oh, may i know your track no?
me : EN********MY
the poslaju lady: ok, the item is here already..
me : i know..can check the tracking status...my question is why i still havent receive it i.e why you still dont deliver it
the poslaju lady: wait a...i go check.................(few minutes later after left me with some annoying "waiting music")..... what is your name?
me : ***********
the poslaju lady: your ic number please?
me : ******-**-****
the poslaju lady: are you the sender or the receiver? (What the f***! told her liao i still havent receive my item means im receiver la..)
me : receiver lor
the poslaju lady: what is the item?
me : it stated at the parcel right?(again wtf)... its a watch..
the poslaju lady: ok, our people will deliver it tomorrow
me : why dont deliver it yesterday (23/11) or today??? (24/11)
the poslaju lady: oh, we're understaff (wtf...if i no call, duno whether will deliver the item or not..suddenly when i call, tomorrow staff ok liao)

-i couldnt help but to make a few theories regarding this incident
first: they just plain lazy <insert race> people
second: they think its an expensive watch, so wanna songlap it

from my experience using poslaju, never ever got this kind of incident, come to think of it, i only buy/sell clothes...you know, cheap stuff...maybe they see watch, they think its an expensive one. so wanna steal it
stupid

Thanks, may i know what is e-parcel? Is it different service by pos malaysia or it's a different shipping company?

I don't mind paying $ and wait a little longer to ship my computer back to sabah if it can be done safely. What I concern is the safety.

Let say I decided to ship by pos laju/ e-parcel, should I declare it as a computer or electronic component?

Hi! may i ask if i got 2 boxes with different size delivered by pos laju to the same destination in klang valley. Will post office charge as different parcel rate which means both of the parcel also have to count separately twice for first weight (RM6) x2, second weight and so on? or just count together once for both parcel (mean the first parcel will be count as first weight then second weight if got. then second parcel will be counted as second weight and so on)?

multiple items send to one address - count separately since you have to use multiple delivery slips

They will count Separately.. because it is 2 parcels.. although same address but still 2 parcels.. not 1..
