i need to send some documents to Europe. Initially I was only looking at Fedex and TNT but while looking into Poslaju I found that their service is so much cheaper! both offer 3 days delivery

for example
FEDEX to France => RM120
Posloaju to France => RM70

Is the Poslaju international shipment trackable? Would there be any notification when the receiver gets the document?
The Poslaju website does not provide much info... and this thread is TL;DR blush.gif

Also, I read somewhere that the international shipping Poslaju uses DHL, and we can actually track it using DHL but we will have to call and ask for a DHL number or something? Is this true?

Hopefully the sifus here can gimme a quick answer... the price difference is too big and I have 2 documents to send!

Yes u can track in pos.com.my .. just track normally like how u track your poslaju parcel here.

I've posted many parcels to UK, Australia, Singapore and even Egypt by Pos laju. All can track through website and my customers received the parcels safely and fast too

E-Parcel delivery from West Malaysia to Sarawak will take around 5 to 7 days to arrive. Sometimes will be more. Online tracking systems sometimes update slow or even no update at all.

U can call pos line to track too.

e-parcel is basically normal parcel mail...so delivery days somewhat unpredictable. You can call Pos Malaysia helpline for inquiries--> 1 300 300 300 or call/ask the post office you sent the parcel.

hi there. I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, but here it is.

how long does poslaju usually hold a parcel in case the receiver is outstation? As I will be out for the next week, I'm afraid it got sent back to the sender.. it's something shipped from Japan using EMS btw..

I heard it's 14 days? or working days? or has it changed? rclxub.gif

They will deliver to your door step. The guard normally will allow postman to go up.. unless they don't let then postman can't go up lo -.-"
