Is there any way I can track a parcel without tracking number? But I have the address and the sender's name. No right? I think this way won't work... sad.gif

I feel like calling them tomorrow and to know what's the real situation... sad.gif

I'm sending my hard disk drive back to warranty at Subang.

I'm wondering which one I should use, Pos Express or Pos Laju?

And what is the procedure when I wanna do posting at POS?

Sorry, this is my first time using POS service.

Using pos laju is better as you can wrap the items properly before sending. Pos express got no protection.

As mentioned earlier by other members Pos laju is safer than pos express.

and I would like to add...

Pos Express do not require signature by Receiver, in case of lost, it will be hard to track back.

Poslaju is more secure since it require signature by receivers. If it was sent wrong or lost, atleast still can track back.

What is the procedure when I wanna do posting at POS?

Easy, just go to post office and ask for Poslaju form or Pos Express envelop.
If u use Poslaju, just fill in the required info and give to the staff to weigh and pay.
If use pos express, u have to tell them what size u want. Paid and fill in the required info on the envelop then drop the envelop in the Pos express box.

Conclusion, better use poslaju. Pls Wrap and pack nicely with bubble wrap.

All pos office provide Pos Laju service.

Even the smallest post office branch has Poslaju service, not only main branches.

I want to ask something. Usually when we received the poslaju package we will provide our name, ic number and sign to the postman. What if the receiver dont have IC eg: maid, children under 12?
