Hi, I bought an item from forumer here. I gave him all my details like fullname, address, phone number. But the problem is, I didn't receive it yet. After I checked the track number that was given by the seller, the item received by somebody else, not me. Got the receiver's name and IC number too. So, what should I do since I called the seller and he confirmed that he sent it according to my address. Post office open tomorrow right? Un til now, I still keep the track number.

wow, worst case scenario...   ask 4 seller 2 PM u da 'poslaju slip' of da item he sent 2 u 1st b4 going 2 post office... at da slip there got written 'from who' n 'to who' da seller is sending da parcel... seller sure got 1 copy of da slip...

Case settled already because the postman called me this morning and told me that he sent it to the wrong person yesterday. Mata juling, cannot see the address properly. Ah, no need to waste my energy and my petrol to go to the post office. By the way, item received. Thanks bro for wishing me luck

If the box is bigger than 30cm then they will measure the box

if the result of volumetric is greater than the original weight, they will follow volumetric.

this is how u calculate volumetric: (height x width x lenght) / 6000 = Weight

Once u got the volumetric result u can find the rate at pos.com.my

If the original weight rate is higher than the volumetric rate then they will use the ori weight rate.
