Need to advice and tips on this matter.

I've recently used poslaju to sent a parcel to a buyer, everything was spick and span and i wrapped it up... i even used Styrofoam for protection. Turns out my nightmare came true, the item in the box chipped and the buyer wants me to claim damages from Poslaju.

I haven't done this before and the instruction on the back of the poslaju form is rather vague. What do i need?

I've already gotten the picture on the damage done to the item... and also i've kept the receipt. Wat else?

i have 1 question, i buy something from a seller, he post it using pos express, he told he, he send it over last week but till now i haven get, i have the parcel number, anything i can do with it?

Fri is holiday,sat sun probably off and yst start work again. You can call them up and ask them about it if the tracking code is not working.

it write there Final Delivery, means? it send? i'm not sure is last week or last 2 week.

Yes, if it's written there "Final Delivery" then the item has been sent to the recipient. If you din receive it, most prob ur item has gone missing.

Pos Ekpress tends to gone in the thin air most of the time boss, there ain't much you can do about it, coz they clearly stated there that it's for posting normal document only.

Yea, Pos Ekpress they will just leave throw the envelope into ur mail box. Unless ur seller bought the super duper big size Pos Ekspress envelope then they will deliver it to ur doorstep. Otherwise, there won't b any notice.

around 11 a.m until 2 p.m..
depend on their transportation..
if van, usually around 1 and 2..
that is at my place..

i neva saw ED type..

OLD forms(squarish) starts with ED
NEW forms(rectangular-longer) starts with EN

both can be used

Item collected from the counter PPL JOHOR BAHRU

What does the "Item collected from the Counter" means? I live in Ampang Selangor and until now I still haven't got the item from the seller in JB yet. So what's wrong?? The Seller send the item to me on 9th March 2010 (Yesterday), so anyone know?

I posted a package to China on the 8th of March, and I just emailed the person it's addressed to earlier, to which he said he still hasn't received it yet.

The website has only updated up till "Arrived at inward OE/Receive item at OE". What does this mean? That was on the 10th.

It's already the 14th, but my parcel still hasn't reached the intended destination. How long more should it take?
