those review on that site are not official. more of an individual review which tend to be very general and bias towards personal preference / experience.
if you're growing up driving with uhp tyre, you will noticed even a slight different on tyre feedback when changing to hp class tyre. while those used to using comfort / premium tyre might complaint if you give them the uhp tyre oh! and v12 had better grip compare to my-01 |

QUOTE(yngwie @ Sep 18 2010, 09:49 AM) nice ride. the stock tyres is of the same size too? perhaps, you should get a set of ad08 or at least re001 donut already yeah stock size at 225 45 17. those two all performance is it? i appreciate quietness too! before this was on CSC2/3. even at 32 psi it's rock stable. QUOTE(Rascal Stitch @ Sep 18 2010, 09:54 AM) for these car model is recommended most is 38 psi but for ideal will b 36 or 37 in malaysian's road~ 35psi for mk5 and 38psi for mk6.QUOTE(MeToo @ Sep 18 2010, 11:51 AM) Whoa! I have never seen a car pump so high psi before. I'm using FK452 and is pumping 33/33. This tyre got soft sidewalls also ah? if fully loaded 37/41 or something.anyways for highway drive it's better to pump higher. any views on RE050? covered 2,500kms on the PS3 already(in only 3 weeks), starting to love it now. QUOTE(squall_kay @ Sep 25 2010, 10:41 AM) michellin premium comfort range(check with rascal_stitch for pricing) and continental cc5.QUOTE(idunnolol @ Sep 25 2010, 12:18 PM) both are entry level donut. but from experience, i will put my money on a.drive.eagle nct5's grip sux' big time. even so when the tread is lower than 70%. QUOTE(phas3r @ Sep 25 2010, 12:19 PM) yeah stock size at 225 45 17. those two all performance is it? i appreciate quietness too! both are performance donut. which tend to be quite noisy. can't get a comfort, quiet and handling at once package.before this was on CSC2/3. even at 32 psi it's rock stable. 35psi for mk5 and 38psi for mk6. if fully loaded 37/41 or something. anyways for highway drive it's better to pump higher. any views on RE050? covered 2,500kms on the PS3 already(in only 3 weeks), starting to love it now. re050 are a rung below the re001. haven't try re050 yet but r001 is definitely a good buy for a highly spirited driving. after a run in, your current ps3 donut is started showing it's true potential |

QUOTE(idunnolol @ Sep 25 2010, 12:18 PM) QUOTE(yngwie @ Sep 25 2010, 12:52 PM) goodyear eagle NCT5 is a budget tire. goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric on the other hand is an impressive performance tire. golf gti owners are using it. but have some cracked sidewalls issue |

exactly! f1 asymmetric is a fine piece of donut which is only available in bigger size. even quieter and better grip than the gsd3.
so, it's true that its sidewall sux? a friend of mine got his few months old f1 asymmetric's sidewall cracked too. too much of touge'. |

QUOTE(squall_kay @ Sep 25 2010, 10:41 AM) I just changed my 16 donuts to Michelin primacy LC. After 2 months so far, Im very happy with it. Really quiet and comfortable. But must keep pressure up. Otherwise walls will flex too much. Pair it with latio's great nvh, my car is super smooth. |
