hi guys,

im currently using 205/50/16, Yokohama adrive

Thought of changing to Michelin.

Is there much difference in terms of noise & FC  between PS3 & primacy LC  ?

I heard PS3 is very good in handling & grip.

Thanks
*
way much better than yokohama A-drive~

A drive is lower than Parada Spec2 i guess?

Even michelin PP2 is way better than Parada S2
hence no regrets with PS3; especially with promotion price?

a.drive was yokohama's entry level performance tyre which is geared for comfort. nothing else. same goes to parade spec2.
lousy tyre for spirited driving.
at the moment, the best deal seems to be ps3!

you can't go wrong with both.
wait for rascal stitch's opinion on primacy lc. i personally haven't use em but falken looks quite a deal too.

a.drive is mean for leisure drive(p class). while ps3 is in another league(uhp class).
if you need a low noise and slightly better fc, perhaps, you can try mv8(if they are still available, sorry, am not into michelin tyre until the ps3).
ps3 is indeed a best all rounder at the moment. even so for a spirited driving style.
btw, who cares about noise if you got all the handling and grip at your disposal?
buying a tyre should be based on driving style and individual preference.

Hi sifus...
My father want to change his car tyre...
He is using Proton Saga LMST..
Currently using stock tyre which is Goodyear : 185/60R14..

Now he plan to change new tyre..?
Should he stick with the current brand or opt to better brands like Michelin..
His budget is around RM200 per tyre..

Hi, what is the cheap ok tyre for 195/65/R15 size? Price about how much? Goodyear, Falken ok, but I don't want Silverstone...

3 years back change to Goodyear GT3, RM178/pc. Wonder now can still get such cheap tyre kah? This Goodyear quite ok, till now 50,000km.

wah bro, you are a noob but driving a Tyt Wish.... so nice~

Check the label on the door beside your driver seat. Should have a indicator on how much air to pump.

what is your tyre size? 220 front and 210 rear is should be okay for sandard 15" - 17" wheels. anything else will be very much depend on driving style / preference and car type.

both should be on par with own pro / cons and the f1 assy run slightly quieter but with a tread wear of 240, ps3 is more appropriate for daily ride with
a 320 rated tread wear!
btw, haven't try the f1 assy yet. but so far, i am happy with the ps3 on my both ride. might never go for another brand again smile.gif
not sure about 215 price but 225/45/r17 cost in the region of 550. best bang for bucks by far.
feedback from ex-gs3 user who switched to ps3 was quite encouraging too; ps3 return a slightly higher compliment.
*
Thanks. That means the PS3 should last longer right? Just surveying first. icon_rolleyes.gif

195/55/15 will be just fine. profile 50 doesn't offer as much comfort.
perhaps, you could go for low rolling resistance tyre like mv8. else, try falken 912.

bagata@
yes. that was almost standard for any passenger car. performance car exempted.
