Hi, is anyone having Unifi connection problems in TTDI? Asking for someone in TTDI not being able to get on to the net.

Hi. Can I know where I can file complain to TM? Is been 2 week my internet is down. Called 100 several time. Went TM point twice
1st time mention issue still open, cable issue. 2nd time mention ISSUE CLOSED. Will send technician to check again. Not free during that day when I received 2 miss call from my own house number. Next day, called the techinician number and he say CABLE ISSUE and still haven't fix. Srsly frustrated with theIR response. Any email I can use to complain. TM 100 SOP is even making me speechless. |

Streamyx 2mbps

my unifi 20mb only can crawl around 300kbps to 400kbps since late evening ...any one else having the same issue ?

UNIFI has been slow the past few days. Not sure what the issue is. I can't connect to US servers, etc anymore.

my unifi 5 mbps delivering slow download speed for last 1 month.
some times even 200 kbps! sometimes dropped the connection. what is the issue with TM? or issue with router? |

Can anybody send pictures using unifi in whatsapp? I can only send pictures when I'm using my phone data.
