Unifi is extremely slow today. On VPN its fast but no without it runs like shit even youtube. What is going on?

experiencing server down in subang ss18. anyone else experiencing this? been down since morning till now.

Hah, now it is 23rd, service is still down in Puchong Kinrara area.

Switch on and restart the BTU, but my router, the Internet light is not blinking.

My service down since Saturday 8.30am till now. Report already been made. Area Bukit Jalil.

Klang area. Damn not stable. Unifi. Hypptv cannot watch at all

Bangsar Area, UNIFI is so slow during the night time starts from 9pm on wards...

Your not alone, West Malaysians. From Sarawak, I reported for once last week and it was sluggish for my online gaming which would hinder my progress for fun.

Fixed since last Saturday but comes down to this week, the same old thing happened again! They are coming to fix my home line soon.

Guys, help share the awareness of your downtime. I'll only drop by to share when there's problem. If not, enjoy as long as ever!

Cheers. Currently, I can surf websites pretty well and offline gaming but those eating lots of internet speed will not even run well.

PWTC area here I've been having really intermittent internet for the past few days. Dunno if I want to report. Dealing with customer service is a real chore.

They fixed my line with a new modem called Alcatel Lucent series. Much stable and stronger. Providing the boost for my WiFi signal as well.

I'm having the same problem in Cheras, Damai Impian 2. Keep disconnecting. Using Streamyx 4Mbps.

Oooh maybe that will fix my brother's wifi issues. I wonder if I can ask that.

Currently having sluggish VIP10 in Ampang, getting less than 1 mbps

Frequent disconnection early morning. Either UniFi do their work or get complaint more with bombs from the customers!

I have no idea why the upload rate is so crap. Tested it with someone's dutch connection and his epic uber internet also only get 1 mb upload.

My telephone line @ PJ SS22 went down this afternoon. Working fine last night even though there was a storm..

Streamyx down in Seremban area.
TM hotline reported too many customers calling. Dun take my call also

Streamyx apparently is done here Batu Pahat, Johor. Unable to get thru their hotline. Ping to 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.222.222 all timeout.

Down here at Butterworth, Penang.
