ON INTERNATIONAL DATA LINK TO EUROPE




Telekom Malaysia ™ wishes to inform that planned maintenance works on the international data link to Europe is currently ongoing and is expected to be completed on Friday, 25 January 2013. This may affect performance when accessing websites hosted in Europe.



However, we have taken the necessary proactive steps to reduce the impact of the ongoing maintenance works by optimizing bandwidth utilisation on other international links, any performance impact would be minimal

Anyone in USJ, Subang Jaya experiencing unifi connectivity issues since yesterday 6pm?

Mine has been down for more than 15 hours

anyone from sarawak, tabuan area/samarahan area?
anyone face phone no line?
already more that 1 week tm still not solve my line...

for one entire week, I've been facing shit unifi at home with VIP5 and BIZ10 in the office. Does anyone know what's going on?

Is it streamyx down today at Kota kinabalu?my modem doesn't have adsl signal now

Damansara exchange down (14/2/2013) since 5.00a.m.

Affected areas include:

Entire TTDI area
Sunway
OUG
etc

According to customer service. About 15k UNIFI subscribers are affected. So in case you were wondering why your Internet is down and VOIP ain't working.

CS doesn't know if it affects streamyx, but says its likely that they are as well because both services use the same Damansara exchange.

BU area is affected Zzz every month got problem, I don't know how some companies survive if they rely on tmshit.

Am camping at one of the Cafes in Jaya One that use Unifi. Suppose this area is not affected. FYI, prepare to hold for 10 minutes when calling the service line..

Total impact of 15K Unifi, 4.5k Streamyx and 46 Corporate customers having outage due to burnt fiber and damaged cards at TDI Exchange

Am wondering which exchange ACTUALLY got zot with power surge as I've read Kelana exchange also affected?

Is it still down?
