Damansara exchange down (14/2/2013) since 5.00a.m.
Affected areas include: Entire TTDI area Sunway OUG etc According to customer service. About 15k UNIFI subscribers are affected. So in case you were wondering why your Internet is down and VOIP ain't working. CS doesn't know if it affects streamyx, but says its likely that they are as well because both services use the same Damansara exchange. |
