never will i ever visit such a pariah shop with even worst pariah attitude ever again.
oh btw they sell alot of crap at overly inflated prices.....
somemore has the cheek to say if im using a fake guitar....
at least bently has customer service.... if you actually did buy something they treat you diffrently (yeah i did buy something from there although it was expensive but the service was priceless with freebies too)

woh fatt ok la if u know them.
maybe for some of u that are looking for 5-star treatment in a mamak may not like it, but i dont find many issues.

i always get good price from them, no need to bargain.

Yeah... I never had good luck with Bentley BB punya service hahaha.

I've made a couple of excursions to Bentley The Curve, 1st time was superb VIP treatment even though I bought nothing. Maybe it was because the store assistant was a new guy? Maybe it was my Wacken t-shirt? I dunno.

Second time I was left to myself but got to have my way with all the gear around there. I just go to the staff, ask for guitar cable and pick (lolololol damn tak malu!!!!! ) and parked my ass in front of a H&K Edition Blue 30W for the whole afternoon while sawing away at a whole wall of guitars. Went thru a bunch of Charvels, Jacksons and Sterlings.

In ALL instances it was a young staff member that I end up talking to. I notice the old timers tend to only bother layan-ing the anak Datuk's - kids who came with parents who appear to be loaded.

Well, to be honest I don't really fancy buying the guitars at Bentley, as you guys pointed out, it really is marked up. Hehehe go there try try try until syiok, then order thru LYN trader. Much cheaper. U know, if everybody does this, retailers will all die hehehehe

talking about service, I stepped foot the first time at JSMusic last december to buy drums. This guy Apai is so friendly, such a nice guy. Few times I go also I get same friendly statement. CKMusic also the young malay lads are friendly. I wonder where is Hafiz at bentley now ? GuitarCollection at midvalley, just focused on playing their computer for dunno what reason, no hello or welcome. I dislike the yamaha stores at midvalley and curve. euphony music at ikano, bad experience with one lady, but one guy there has been giving a service with a smile

GC at TTDI has the best service so far.

i was at GC midvalley yesterday. Exactly as mentioned above, the one guy in the shop was bz watching gay porn on the computer n boh layan me. Asked him how much was one of the Eclipse ESPs after discount, he said 9k......wtf?! Doesnt make sense. After he went back to his smut, i tried looking for a price tag. Turned out it was 7.1k. Gay porn is bad for ur eyesight.

Thing is, I checked the same model at another shop and I promptly get a quote of <6k. 6 vs. 9 + shitty service = no contest.

Usually for Eclipse around 6-8K...9k srsly something wrong

I go The Guitar Store at Damansara Perdana also nice service. go there just because want to test Godin. Like their service, feel like become my friend already.
