My house cant connect to unifi.
all lights are OK. called unifi, before i get to speak to the CS, there was an announcement telling some interruptions in northern. so i didnt bother to continue the call, i just hang up. |

Anyone in PJ having Unifi issues? Looks like my public IP drops after 1minute and take a while to renew and after renew, 1 minute later it'll drop again.. trying to get unifi support but been on the line for 10mins on hold

guys, i just recently borrow my sister celcom broadband (because i work outstation). I just want to know my broadband plan is 5gb and i already buy 10 gb more but why my spd become slow after 5 gb? is it normal or other broadband better then celcom, i mean if i buy more quota the speed are still the same, thanks.

both 8mbps stimix and 20mbps 3g maxis are very slow for youtube! |

suddenly my celcom berukband DC and cant connect anymore, when click on connect button this message pop up "You Can't connect before register an available network"
i try to call helpdesk but the problem is even phone coverage screwed up, anyone facing same problem. My area Kajang |

Urg! to get tm wifi id I need to migrate my package? WTF? New contract and another round of wasting time to wait for tech to come over? They don't tell me at all ask me to go to Kedai TM.
