Yesterday evening Internet down for Penang. Had to call 100, voice recording nothing on outage. So waited around 10 mins to get customer service lvl 1 who put me on hold another 20-25 mins before passing me to premier customer service who put me on hold another 5 mins before telling me Penang facing outage & internet is down there so no need to write report as their techs are currently trying restore service.
Waited for so long just to tell me this. My ear & hand hurt just from holding phone waiting and waiting. They should increase their hotline staffs and find a way to reduce the bloody wait time. Oh yeah if there is an outage quickly have it on voice recording!
Tried few times last night and again at around 3 am still nothing can log in, but no data. Only this morning it works again.
