QUOTE(SpaceBeast @ Dec 9 2009, 09:16 AM) i stopped eating rice and consume a lot of junk food, mcd ,carls jr, kfc but 0 rice and i lost about 5kilos in a month, and i dont workout much, just some 40mins brisk walk or jog once in a week. Rice is really that bad huh? hurm there are alot of things that can cause weight loss...that kind of eating habit of urs definitely is dangerous.. although u argue about u getting weight loss despite of all that do note that food is nt the only thing that cause weight loss.. cancer can too This post has been edited by zedstat: Dec 9 2009, 06:40 PM |

QUOTE(wilson88 @ Dec 16 2009, 03:36 PM) I wonder will I die faster or lose weight faster the way I am dieting. Today is the 2nd time my hands were shaking and my forehead having cold sweat. I think it is a sign that I am low on sugar. I am 21 this year and my height and weight is 174cm and 92Kg respectively. My target is reduce my weight until 75Kg and lose those excessive fat that is dangling around my body. Other words, I just wanted to be physically thinner. the bolded part red part.. the common misconception.. u think so easy to "build big big" muscle? even few months with proper diet + cardio + weightlifting wont be able to get the result so fast.. most ppl would say gym = big bulky muscle which is totally wrongTo help me achieve my target,I will be swimming as much as I can around 5 days a week and each time around one and half hours. Both of my knee caps are pretty screwed up because I was so crazy about badminton at one time thus no jogging and hiking for me. I have no intension of going to the gym as I do not have the budget and I have no plans to build big big muscles. My meals Morning : three slices of wholemeal bread to eat with an egg and some veges. Afternoon: small portion of rice with vege and meat Dinner: even smaller portion of rice vege and some meat. I would like to know what kind of low carb snacks you will have in between the three meals. I have a very bad history of gastric and I do not want go back to the moment where I suffer like hell because of the gastric pain. Not only that, my body does not able to take too much fiber intake, if I have oats or having too much prunes and I definetely will have diarrhea after that. I would really love to hear your advice as I believe that I am not doing the right way. Lastly, I am also curious to know whether it is Milo kosong is okay for my diet? Thank You |

after u wake up from bed - eat bf (to increase basal metabolic rate from sleeping state to so called awake state)
divide daily meal into 5-6 meals but in smaller volume ( reason so that the body know that ur actually eating at this rate then its ok to burn fat instead of keeping them) and about green tea. i read somewhere it increases ur basal metabolic rate if im not mistaken ( correct me if im wrong) |
