U can get those caliper.. i think u can get it from ego from the curve if not mistaken. Sometime the machine wasnt that accurate due to water retention.

but i think my work out session is kinda intensive,10 mins warm up on treadmills,30 mins run on crosstrainer,30 mins cycling,2 set of circuit training,circuit training is the hardest session that i can undergo
