I dont think i have enough time to prepare the wholemeal bread with cheese. Anyway maybe i'll just stick to plain wholemeal bread and lowfat milk.
Will start my jogging in the morning in a few days time but my time management really sucks like experience. lol. I cannot manage my time propelly. I normally sleep about 1am or so then wake up in the morning at 6.30am. If want to do jogging, need to wake up at 5.30am or 5.45 then drive to the field jog until 6.30 then need to rush for home to prepare for school. Any advice for this?
Is it good sleeping in the evening like 4pm? What i mean is real sleeping not just nap, for about 2hours to 3hours. All working guys sure dont have the chance like me. After my school i would normally have my tuition class then i go take a sleep until normally 7pm. I don't think i am able to sleep early in the night .
Let you know in 2 weeks time on how it goes. Just try to control my intake of food 1st bah.
Sky. You are the MAN . I think obese ppl like me and sky should be doing swimming for exercises. The buoyant force helps alot.

Yea. Those car practical lesson take a lot of energy and can really burn down ur fat with the heat itself in the car.
