actually my target is to become 16%bf,now is 21.5-22%bf..

im still weight training+cardio thrice a week in gym..

im taking easy now...recently i eat A LOT crappy foods[THIS IS MY 1ST TIME DOING THIS DANGEROUS THING TO MY BODY,SINCE I STARTED TO LOSE WEIGHT]but my weight is still 50-52
very weird,maybe my BMR has increased..my body automatically burn calories..

CF - I am not being sarcastic. I am being straight to the point. Female to achieve 6 pack is rather tough with very low BF. A very low BF will affect woman hormonally.....and that links to menstrual.
I think it's abit pathetic to rely on just scale. Look at the mirror.
