anyone here got your tawaran PIDN during second year?
I heard my friend said PIDN will paid your 1st year debt (from PTPTN) but then when I called and asked, they say not provided. We have to clear it by ourselves. Anyone here can confirm it?
and my tempoh tawaran is from year 2 to year 5 (4 years) but then my course only until year 4. should i change to year 2 to year 4 (3 years)?

Any scholarship starts from the day your application is approved. Normally if u get it in the 2nd yr, that's when u start being sponsored. Your first year ptptn won't be sponsored. I didn't know we can apply PIDN in the 2nd yr. About your period of studies, you'll have to clarify with JPA staff. This relates to your contract.

It can be as late as early next semester. Make sure you notify your university that your sponsor might be paying late. My first semester tuition fees were paid after the final exam. Thankfully the university understood and allowed us to take the exams haha.

Called their office last 2 weeks.
they said for students's first payment,
it would take longer time to process.

last i called(which is last 2 weeks),
they said the payment is already in process & is "stuck" between us & our uni's HEP(IIRC)

when asked when the payment will be received,
they said it should( ) be between this week to next week.
since their part is done & it is now between us & our uni as said before.
"should" hehe

oh also,
asked about will they be opening new bank account for us,
they said for those who already have bank islam account,
it(the payment) will automatically masuk in your existing account.

though I'm still curious whether will we be informed(by any method) if the payment is received

you can try call them to make sure they received your document perjanjian...

it is weird...i thought they suppose to bank in directly to your bank islam account?
if you don't have bank islam account, just go nearest bank islam and make 1...tell them you are a jpa scholar holder...
check this portal to know whether they had bank in money already or not...

EDIT: they WON'T inform you AT ALL...at least for me...
