even i din realize the info at top rite corner there.

for those who got the the JPA schloarship, they will give surat tawaran, panduan mengisi dokumen perjanjian, syarat2 tawaran and dokumen perjanjian.

however, inside Panduan Mengisi Dokumen Perjanjian, page 1/5, at the DOKUMEN SOKONGAN part, got FIVE supportive document.
those document can be found in SYARAT-SYARAT TAWARAN book.
but, i din have
-borang pengakuan dan pemeriksaan kesihatan
-borang biodata pelajar
these TWO document.
I asked my U HEP and they said later they will ask JPA

here, i wanna ask, is any of you face the same situation as i am?

yes, i can call JPA, but today quite busy, so i post out in this thread 1st to know whether got other student face the same situation only, tmr i'll call JPA for confirmation

does anyone know the EXACT amount of JPA credited to BIMB?
i just checked my BIMB acc yesterday and see only RM4600(sumthing like that)
then i check the table(the amount of scholarship offered to diploma/degree).
and the result is i shud get about RM4900 per semester.
btw, i'm in the field of technology.

anyone facing this problem?
does anyone know the reason?

total------------------------RM9730 EXCLUDING elaun latihan amali

if RM9730 divide by 2 (i have 2 semester in one year)
the amount would be RM4865.

but i only receive RM4665.

is this correct?or do i any miscalculations?

just go thru the forum in esila. as i understood, we need to lapor diri to JPA (or JPA and SPA?) as soon as we finish our pengajian or after convocation? example, i finish my pengajian on 31st january 2012, but my convocation in during october in 2012.

in the forum, the moderator or pegawai JPA said we need to lapor diri and memohon jawatan. can we just lapor diri but don not memohon jawatan?

is this Borang Elaun Latihan Amali, is the correct form to claim elaun latihan amali?

cause back in last sem, i was told by my Uni HEP staff to use the exact same form to claim thesis money.

2. wait for SPA notify u to go for exam/interview.

Anyone able to call thru jpa?the numbers at esila...I tried called last week and just now...surprisingly non office hour can call thru...on office hour...phone is engaged
