Chill guys, its the weekends and we're dealing with the government servants. It won't b till Mon whn they actually realise wat happened to their website and get it fixed. And yeah we shld call them whn things are getting late . Grats again to all those who got it

Just checked it this morning. The site is finally up and running with no problems. Yeah need to fill up, get all those troublesome stuffs done and send to JPA (& University too i think) latest by 7th Oct. Wah...less than a week. So many signatures and stuffs to do QQ

Nah site down again in the daytime.

What do u mean with lampiran B?

So far, I've lampiran A's downloaded. It has the offer letter and the scholarships' term & conditions. After u confirm to accept the scholarship, u will b prompted to add few more information. Finally, u will have to download some forms for accepting offer/parents income/etc. Those forms must be printed with 80gsm papers, filled in, signed by u/guarantor/witness, stamp chop by lembaga hasil and post to JPA before 7th Oct.

P.S. : I could open the website when it was 5am in the morning. Probably the site's heavy traffic during daytime killed it. Just open whn everyone sleeps

The forms have yours and your guarantor's information. Nah i can't download them too. I called the technical team just now and it seems like they are having server problem. They are still trying to fix it and told me to try again later during evening time.

Hopefully, they fix it soon or extend the deadline. Walauu eh.....3 copies to sign/fill in/stamp chop....in 3 days....

That's the problem. They better fix it to let us print before 7th. Told me to try again in the evening but duh...server is still down.

Btw, there are 3 copies that we need to print. So, i assume 1 is for JPA, 1 for University and 1 more for ourselves.

And yeah thanks, i shld call up my university 2moro. Grrrrr JPA

Then that depends on the university staff. I prefer to settle it and send to JPA myself . In any case, JPA need to fix that server or NOTHING is gonna happen lol.

Lol getting to the page is one thing....downloading the documents is another journey of the refreshing. In fact, I doubt anyone can access the documents for now even if u refresh too darn many times lol. Basically, the server is dead. I'll just wait till the server is up. Will call the technical team again 2moro to kacau them and tell them to extend the deadline. It's more convenient for us all QQ. They have time to fix and we have time to send docs.

Site is officially down and deadline is extended. Crappp i gotta get ready for intake and this thing is taking my time.

Added on October 5, 2011, 3:42 pmOkay here's the new update on our situation. I'm sure all of u will knw when u log into Esilav2.

The site is up and now wat we must do is:

- Download and read the Scholarship offer letter & terms & conditions
- Accept/Decline the offer (Deadline to accept/decline is on 15th Oct)
- If Accept, dowload/print and send the Accept/Decline Form to HEP unit of ur institution
- 16-21 Oct, fill in the required blanks about ur guarantor's info
- Download/Check the schedule for the dates specified for ur institution
- On that date, don't miss it and download all the agreement forms
- Fill in and send to HEP unit of ur institution before or on 31st Oct
- The end phew.....

*Make sure don't miss the date for downloading....U won't get a 2nd chance i believe.

They separated the time to download for different institutions to lessen the traffic. Now I have to get the signature from my parents and a witness during studies....

For now that is all that we can do. Even this form can send before 31st Oct. Well at least we have more than enough time to prepare.
