Hi All,

I am owning a M3 Pearl White, my FC is really bad nearly 400KM full tank of Shell RON 97. Can the SC do some tuning on it to make a better FC?

My FC is also about the same as you with 100% city driving (mad traffic jams included) for a full tank of Shell RON 97. So far i've clocked 5000 km already. I guess for a car 2.0 is ok la. Mazda is not famous for fuel efficiency anyways..hehe

guess 1.6 would be more economical. but then u'll lose on the power. i test drive before the 1.6, it feels great pickup and power when ur driving with only 2 person(driver and passenger). but the 2 nd time i drive with 3 person, including 1 bodybuilder fren at the back, feel like carrying a weighty load..

if u hungry for power...just buy M3 MPS later on.

M3 1.6 surely built-up for eco-friendly comfort ride and M3 2.0 for the those who need some horses to zooming around .

M3 1.6 pick-up is not bad compare to my GT4 .maybe 2/3 of GT4 full trottle rclxms.gif

Full city driving for me can cover around 350 - 400km include some traffic jam. Dun compare it with vios or city but if compare with my previous waja should be around the same.

City and vios should get around the same mileage as our M3 but their tank is smaller, but on highway if follow the speed limit can cover more than 600km for full tank.
About the waja, I also own one before its mitsu engine, tank capacity very big.. End up the mileage its a bit more than M3 but offset it by the actual fuel use should be the same. The waja campro get worst fc than our M3 I think. Btw my petrol expenses can be claim.. So its no matter how thirsty the M3 it is I dun care. smile.gif

Really hard to maintain white color.. Mine already applied the PPS so it is easier to wash the car. Satisfied with the work.. but wax still produce much better shining effect.

PPS? what is it? hehe.. doh.gif

so far my ave FC is 8.9L/100km. 90% manual shift rolleyes.gif very satisfied for highway driving, but it hurts for city driving.. hehe..

sanik,
here u go.. shine and shield
basiccaly its a another extra protection layer on top of our clear coat. Got other brand too like sierraglow and neo glass coating maybe u can try sierraglow.. much cheaper than PPS.

Ur FC around the same with me.. avoid the jam area and expect around 7.6~8.0L/100km

Oh dear, what makes you think those owners will envy on a Mazda3?  unsure.gif
*
I don't need to "think" so.

I experienced it the real deal - my friends wt that other car really hope their ride comes with such exclusive card, after they see mine.

Well, envy after all, is all down to oneself. I can have all my neighbour driving jaguars, without feeling even a pinch of envy whatsoever, dude.

With consideration driving, u can get that 7.+/100km. Even in casual jam. But driving like that all the time kills the fun factor.

Weekdays press the accelerator sparingly. Weekend go zoom-zooming.

Could it be that u do a lot of traffic jam before? Try resetting your FC soon after you refuel. Then u can get better picture...

Well ssaturn, velocity red is worth the wait. I don't think we have it that many here...
