millenia3000, don't know if you've noticed, but you've seen a Minolta 200mm F2.8G HS APO in real life before at Papa John's.

That, plus my 2x teleconverter, was a lot better optically than my Tamron 200-400mm F5.6. But then the Tamron wasn't that great to begin with. The Sony 70-400mm F4-5.6G SSM however is examplary, sharp at 400mm unlike a lot of zooms that reach 400mm. The 70mm wide end and 1.5 meters MFD makes for a lot less lens changes.

I held the 200mm for a few days on the A700 and while it was superb, 200mm was too long for APS-C for my regular use. A 135mm on APS-C would still be versatile.

are you saying if we step down ring, will cause vigenetting,

if a 62 mm diameter use 55 mm filter will cause the same vigenetting effect?

i know the range in 1) is way more complete than 2)....but i'd stil prefer 2..wahahaha..firstly i don think i need that long range..and imma sucker big brighter aperture lens.. =D

planning to zaloon and boeing this morning...but seems it going raining cats and dogs here in bangi...cannot go out..

if it is not enough with 1 flash, as alternative, u can use table lamp if no budget for new flash .. .. table lamp is just around 20-30rm only .. buy as many as u want .. .

me dun have CC.. u bring urs la.. i teman u shopping 85mm

saw it.. kinda nice.. but the shadow is quite obvious esp on the kuaci..get table lamp or something and put on each side.. with white bulb la.. maybe can reduce the harsh shadow.. or just bounce ur flash up, and let the light enter your light-box from every direction
