if it is true that the person is using your email and name, i dont think that the person can use your bank acc too?

such simple method of verification. unless your identity thief could had hacked and used your bank acc then i really have nothing to say

there is another way...u can try to add his others fren in frenster and ask them about this guy detail..like address....and then dun mind to go there and find him...dunno like this can be work or not

As b00n pointed out , if you believe your identity was stolen and such. Do make a police report and do post in either this thread (if its still open) to clarify that you're the innocent party here and let police do their job

THIS makes perfect sense

if true ur a conman, here is how it goes

1. you dealed with Daniel Au yong yong. You wanna buy something from him, whether online or not
2. You act to sell our phone, find a buyer and found it on D-Sport
3. you give D-Sport, Daniel Au's account details.
4. D-Sport banked in to Daniel Au account
5. You claimed to have paid to Daniel
6. Daniel ships out something to you
7. you ignores D-Sport claiming innocense

This plan was almost perfect except for a few things, which i am not gonna say lest to educate further

barring you are guilty or not, does this situation seems plausible or not

cause this is one of the tactics to con people.
