The fastest reapers would be out in the approximate Build order
7 rax (Proxy or without) 7 gas barracks complete, techlab. start supply as soon as reaper started. For those having lag issues, try the battleping, im not having major lag issues now with it. |

In terms of reliability, its working straight so far, its just connecting through a generally nearer proxy server rather than the congested pathways or something.
Security wise im unsure but you could check with the australians on that. They have to use these to get good ping. |
