I have been using American Express (Maybank) flawlessly over the US PSN. To get the transaction authorized, for Billing Address use your real one especially the Postal Code field - that's very important to go through the authentication gateway. Just use a US City & State to get through PSN's server code.

Just to share with you on its acceptance. And on the other hand locally, since its business acquisition by Maybank, its acceptance has greatly improved, tapping on the banks' vast merchant network.

maybe they hv changed the way we filled the postcode area on the form, try what rawfish suggested....
btw, i've registered my CC info to US PSN in the early 2007, maybe since then they hv tried to cover the so-called loopholes...

my friend asked me where can he buy a MY PSN card.i don't know a thing about purchasing through psn store. so where can he buy that card?

Nope...i've even try the Gold Card. no avail. Only worked for SG PSN

I managed to make a purchase on the UK PSN store (COD: WAW MP2) flawlessly on my first attempt, although I did use my UK credit card . Zombie mode on Shi No Numa is just amazing.
