After finished my shopping with PSN SG, just fill up all your CC details. When the billing address pop up, just skip it. Done..  I do believe that for SG PSN, Malaysian CC is widely acceptable. I do believe that Malaysian VISA and MASTERCARD will not work for US and EU account... But I heard that Amex works with US account but not sure about EU..

my Amex Gold also doesn't work for US account anymore.. information not valid.. even my limit is more than enough.. anybody facing the same problem?
