Kepada Y.A.B PM Ingin dimaklumkan bahawa laman web yang memaparkan malaysia.gov memang memalukan. 1. Laman web tersebut merupakan laman web yang paling SLOW di antara website yang ada di Malaysia. Lamn web sebegini sepatutnya terletak di datacenter di Putrajaya atau MSC. 2. Hotline Malaysia.gov dan rakan rakannya SSM, buat panggilan ke hotline dari pagi ke petang dan tiada personnel yang mengangkat telefon. Pergi minum kopi kot, tea time 8 jam sehari ataupun pergi maternity? 3. Jaringan Streamyx yang memonopoli jaluran broadband di Malaysia merupakan perkhidmatan broadband yang paling lembab. a) Asyik dengan maintenance tiap tiap bulan. Bila downtime adakah pengguna diberikan rebet? TIDAK b) Speed yang tidak mencapai 80% daripada pakej yang dijanjikan c) Hotline asyik tanya soalan bodoh macam baca dari buku seperti tanggal router, pakai direct. Jikalau all the time tak ada masalah, tak guna tanggal router buat direct dan sebagainya. d) hotline mengambil masa terlalu lama untuk mengankat telefon. Suka dimaklumkan bahawa sememangnya pasukan portal ada menerima aduan pengguna yang menghadapi masalah capaian perlahan ke portal www.malaysia.gov.my dan majoriti aduan tersebut adalah pengguna yang menggunakan talian internet streamyx. Sebagai makluman Tuan juga perkhidmatan talian streamyx adalah berasaskan kepada "Best Effort" yang mana bermaksud jika talian berkenaan tidak sibuk maka capaian adalah laju manakala jika sebaliknya maka capaian akan menjadi perlahan. Merujuk kepada talian bantuan portal, sememangnya pasukan helpdesk banyak menerima panggilan pengguna, walaubagaimanapun untuk membolehkan kami membantu pengguna dengan lebih baik, tiga saluran bantuan telah disediakan iaitu melalui talian telefon (03 8888 4594/4599/4616), email (admin@portal.gov.my) dan feedback form dalam portal (Feedback & Enquiry). Oleh yang demikian pihak Tuan boleh menggunakan salah satu daripada saluran yang telah disediakan untuk mendapatkan sebarang bantuan berkaitan portal. Untuk pengetahuan Tuan, pihak kami juga sedang menambahbaik sistem helpdesk yang mana diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penyaluran bantuan kepada pengguna. Namun begitu, pasukan portal masih sedang giat berusaha untuk meningkatkan tahap kelajuan capaian portal dari pelbagai sudut bagi membolehkan capaian pengguna lebih cepat. Beberapa aktiviti telah dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan keupayaan ini dan ianya masih berterusan sehingga sekarang. Sehubungan itu sekali lagi ucapan terima kasih kepada En XXX atas maklumbalas yang telah diberikan ini yang mana makluman sebegini membolehkan pihak kami terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan keupayaan perkhidmatan yang disalurkan Kerajaan.
