Hmm.. is Slowmyx intentionally severely throttling all dls from all Rapidshare servers? Apparently MU is affected also..... using a dl accelerator doesn't mitigate the problem... Not even the slightest bit..

Where will it END????? 1st BT now RS and all other dls?

All IPs suck with up to 40% lost packets.
Reseting router and modem also no help.

1st time problem appeared briefly at around 3-4am, then recovered about an hour.
2nd time problem started at around 2-3pm and recovered in a couple of hours.
3rd time problem stared at around 8pm and now seems to be getting worse by the minute.

Sigh....

i am using raysouce frequently, download speed has been miserable since last 2 weeks ,....sigh...i think screamyx throttle it.....

But, I'm loading no more 2 second microsoft, youtube, facebook even is slow now, and test download on microsoft I'm having normal speed, this is weird, just my P2P being throttle... I will try with naruto torrent download, if fast mean, this also weird...

i stuck with this 115 ip since april fools. no choice to revert back to 124/60 ip. since u reporting stuck on this ip yesterday and now all face the slow down, i think terrorkom playing mandatory ip lock down.

Indeed... could this have something to do with them shutting down entire subnet(s) of IPs with their related servers to facilitate them "upgrading" their systems?

I've never had this problem before... i've pretty damn good SNR margins even though i'm 4.5kms from the DSLAM... 44 down and 30 up, attenuation only 6 down and 1 up respectively...

Must be their routing infrastructure... browsing sites from USA and China just slowed down too...

i stay at penang islnad and tried before alot alot time . they call me check this check that , restart this restart that , ping this ping that then they will say " sir, our center here shows us everything is alright , maybe its due to virus or splitter or any shit that u do ........ "

so i have enough , they never wrong .... u try to imagine everyday i get that kind of speed.....
