the speed sucks at night time but pretty good in the morning, f***ing TM

At peak time (i guess around 7pm till 7am) the speed is ridiculously slow...even direct download goes down from 100kbps to an average of 10-15kbps...

*i think this coming 12,13,19,20 June (when TM is schedule to do maintenance)...don't bother to go online or download stuff, surely your head goes one..

Hmm.. browsing seems fine for me (both local & international). But not d/l! I didn't use torrent anymore, so I didn't know.. but MU, MF speeds sucks, only Sendspace works for me at the moment ;_;

Bloody strange.... I just got my main 1mb line disconnected. Cannot connect back at all... this is since 3pm.

But my downstairs line(I have 2 lines at home), 1mb can connect. The heck? WTF streamyx?

Can TS please change the "extreme international slowdown" thing to "extreme slowdown EVERYWHERE" thing?

it's probably their authentication server has gone to hell. it happened to me 2 times already.

yesterday morning, i was not able to connect to the internet then i thought that the service was down. then later i try to reboot, it could connect then.

i think it should be due to the OpenDNS which i configured the night before. after i changed it to automatically and restart the windows then no problem anymore

DNS problem again.. slow in access the website.

It has been intermittent slow browse and via download problem since for the past few months. Observed huge of complaint from end users and TM streamyx department action was not taken on seriously.
Example: TM Servers term\ department taking sweet time to attended the breakdown Or not committed for the tasks.
Each time refer to TM hotline regard the Internet problem, the tele-operator response that their department was not aware that their TM server department shutdown\ slowdown the wide band\ speed.

Inorder to fulfill the end users compliant, TM operator enjoy\ love to response performing “Maintenance Service” or “Upgrading Exercise”. Only lately TM announcement, specify in detail for shutdown\ slowdown the wide band speed for carried out their upgrading works. However, it has been observed with the announcement given were also hopeless because TM server department repeatedly carry out shutdown\ slowdown the wide band\ speed without notices.

The above similar to Celcom mobile service “101” & “019”, initially year 1990 was champion, following TM touch “013” brought over Celcom network. During the migration billing system were stuck for more than 3 months and “New Celcom management manage by TM” blamed that the end user for not paying the outstanding bills and via disconnect the line and surfing poor\ lousy service. Ended lots of the end user scrap\ cancel the celcom line and option to other network.

Unless we pull our own backbone n stop scavanging the leftover bandwith fr Japan and Taiwan, we will be having this problem....no matter wut TM do for maintenance or upgrades.

See their 15mb plan. I don't mind paying that much and have that kind of speed than suffering with streamyx
New generation? I will pay ever member's streamyx bill if streamyx comes now with 10-15mb package!
But, It won't happen WHOA! I pity you. You go to their customer service centre and make noise
