Reporting from Kuching, Sarawak...Streamyx Slowdown at its worst for me as cannot access any International Sites without refreshing the page a few times, only then can it load but not full page...Local Sites seems a bit OK, still can access with ease..

Some of the IP i use:
60.48.x.x
60.49.x.x
60.50.x.x
60.54.x.x (the best so far)
118.x.x.x
124.13.x.x
124.82.x.x

*End of report rclxub.gif

At peak time (i guess around 7pm till 7am) the speed is ridiculously slow...even direct download goes down from 100kbps to an average of 10-15kbps...

*i think this coming 12,13,19,20 June (when TM is schedule to do maintenance)...don't bother to go online or download stuff, surely your head goes rclxub.gif one..

really?? the problem is nothing help.. my speed still at there.. nothing improving.. local site also sometimes cannot load properly.. so, how?? ask me to call them again, and again?? btw, yeah i never shouted at them ok.. but.. who can tahan.. pay for a crap service.. im wasting my time EVERYDAY to search  working proxy.. without that.. forget it to surf international website..
*
Calling the CS won't be much of help..done it billions of time but still their respond always 'seems fine over here, try ping that, ping this, please restart your router, ok we'll reset your port' but nothing changed, the line still the same without any improvement...haiz~~ maybe can go for Jaring, less more problem.. biggrin.gif

512Kbps user can get 218.111.xx.xx IP?
I thought only 4Mbps users can get this 'premium' IP?
*
complaint to them numerous times for sure they'll give out this premium IP but not for long though..so enjoy while can..after reset few times, maybe will be back to the old same IP (60,124,118,115)... mad.gif

I can only download from local peers now, and even then it's not very fast. Did tmnet somehow manage to throttle deluge and utorrent? How did they do that as I was under the impression both cannot be throttled.

Or do you think maybe tmnet is targeting only me, as I'm a heavy downloader. I estimate I use 60 to 80GB of bandwidth per month.
*
Not just you...everyone else is experiencing the same problem now...my BT usually download around 60-100kbps but now can hardly past 50kbps..

*maybe TM setup a new throttle device or give us limited connection to euro peers...haiz~~

Of course the cable problem already been solved... the problem now is TM don't have enough bandwidth to support all its customers.. and all their stuffs (including servers & cables) are all ancient history... don't know when will we be able to get a nice & stable speed from TM...
