hei just wana know, will TM net capped the speed after we download a particular amount of data? I mean exceed the quote of usage for that month? I know P1 does this, but i think TM does as well.

I'm constanly on dowload with 1 of my 1mb account, which can peak around 200kbps download speed, and 1 day i wake up with terribly slow connection, then i check my speedtest only 750 kbps no matter wat ip range i get. and the same time i login with another 1mb account i can get up to 1700kbps.

Any idea?

Sometimes I can't connect to the internet. When I checked my router, it says PPP down, every night from 8 till 11 I can't connect to the inter net, any ideas why this happen?

Guys, TM's primary DNS is having problems again, i've done 100 pings to the DNS with 18% loss.

Please switch your DNS to OpenDNS, there is a a guide on how at a pinned thread in this forum.

I also suspect this.

Me, my friend and cousin all got "throttled" to around 700+-kbps. I tried to download from few sources (RS, HTTP download), my speed alway hoovering around 700+-kbps.

dear mate, sorry to say that they capped everyone's speed.. 1mbps the max u can get mostly around 700~800.. if u r lucky, thn u can get 900+- for max.. no way u can get 1mbps totally.. in the contract u have signed with tmnut, they have a "...bla bla bla, based on best efford basis" which is suck enuf.. see my siggy.. 1.5mbps max can up to 1.3mbps only.. eww
