dear mate, sorry to say that they capped everyone's speed.. 1mbps the max u can get mostly around 700~800.. if u r lucky, thn u can get 900+- for max.. no way u can get 1mbps totally.. in the contract u have signed with tmnut, they have a "...bla bla bla, based on best efford basis" which is suck enuf.. see my siggy.. 1.5mbps max can up to 1.3mbps only.. ewwMe, my friend and cousin all got "throttled" to around 700+-kbps.
