I was dowloading at >100KB from international peers 3 days ago, and then now I can barely reach 5KB using my deluge or utorrent. Did TMnet enforce a new kind of throttling? |

Anyone can help to speed up the torrent But Local Peers only give 15kB/s But international peer give more. Like 30kB/s from japan. Other than BT. My youtube work like super speed. Dunno why. Don`t ask ok? Update: Now getting 50kB/s+ with US peers. This post has been edited by bo093: Jul 4 2009, 09:59 AM |

I can only download from local peers now, and even then it's not very fast. Did tmnet somehow manage to throttle deluge and utorrent? How did they do that as I was under the impression both cannot be throttled.
Or do you think maybe tmnet is targeting only me, as I'm a heavy downloader. I estimate I use 60 to 80GB of bandwidth per month. This post has been edited by QuickFire: Jul 4 2009, 02:39 PM |

Not just you...everyone else is experiencing the same problem now...my BT usually download around 60-100kbps but now can hardly past 50kbps..Or do you think maybe tmnet is targeting only me, as I'm a heavy downloader.
