i went to one of the internet cafe at lembah permai, penang... one of the line shown TMnet Telekom Malaysia and the ip is 218.208... tested with speedtest to china site, the result is so impressive, too bad i cant post the result that day.

previously i have it... i think they only give company static ip's user. |

HK and taiwan using 60.52 is slow
and i think it's all tmnet problem because their 219.XX proxy also slow |
