ya i do agree with u, but japan is one of the most modern develop internet structure, n if we can learn frm them to build our own car why not they teach us again..but most probably it wont happen  tongue.gif

It's not whether they teach us or not but we all know government just always protect those noob and not open the door for foreign ISP, no challenge ofcourse no improvement. Last week i go to ask for the 4MB package guess what, the girl say "1MB still not fast enough?" from that you can see how we going moving forward.

I notice since this morning, when loading youtube video, my network icon shows that it stops data transfer from time to time... Its like it download for a while, and disconnect for a second, and goes on and on

Last night i lost my connection at about 12 am, probably some maintenance here in melaka, and since this morning, my youtube has been that way.

FYI, YouTube streaming never goes full speed anymore.
It's throttled to 70KB/sec.

Just get a bandwidth meter, and stream any vid in youtube.
then see the speed, usually around 69KB/sec to 71KB/sec.

You go to MCMC site and download the QOS for broadband, when they come again open it and show them but make sure you did install Adobe Reader after it i'm sure they will STFU or else more easy that's just send a complaint via CFM, such nasty only CFM can settle it.

Good luck buddy.

I thought TM hardware are bottlenecking everything.
