Im newbie here..... i called tm net about my line very slow and ping DNS more than 100ms! They told me "U should understand pinging DNS more than 500ms than Onli consider slow connection".......... really dont know why they can lie to us like this way! im not PRO but not stupid ma Hopeless

we paid RM99 combo package but need to complain with mobile phone atleast RM30 monthly and keep listening their robot questions....... modem, splitter, etc.... actually they should provide FREE Fxxx combo package so we can Fxxx them on phone reducing stress
