No problem because my friend wanted to terminate her line from Maxis and she was her bro's supplementary line. She only brought the bro's I.C. to Maxis Centre but they refused to do that without her bro's letter. So, my friend actually wrote the letter herself on a piece of paper and luckily she knows the bro's signature. We brainstormed on what to be written, eventually we opted for simple and compact method. Straight to the point.
