No way. There is no any telco can do it because for every SMS that you send to other telcos are paid by DiGi. It is not that low, around 5 cents or 6 cents/SMS. That's the reason why some telcos can only afford 6 cents/SMS to other telcos. It is actually break even, and not earning single cent for that.

I converted my prepaid to postpaid in a Specialised Store in Malacca and it took me less than 20 minutes only. I changed to my Ambassador Line in DiGi Centre Malacca and it was immediately being activated.

That is using 3G to surf on his phone and not video call.

Well in short, the student ID name, I.C. and your DiGi Campus' user name should be tally.
Anyway, my DiGi Campus is under my friend's name because I did convert once but found it useless and reverted back to my initial prepaid plan. When I have converted my prepaid to postpaid, went back to buy a new number, they said my name is already registered in their database. Since their policy is one name for one SIM, so I was not allowed to register. Luckily my friend trusted me and allowed me to use her details.

I bought a new number and straight registered that number under my friend's name.
