I think you need to switch to new Digi Prepaid plan in order to enjoy 36sen/min call rate. And also after hit RM1 sms, call rate will be 12sen....

ya now 0.36sen but today i hit rm5 call rate still same nia what can i do for it ? Teach me

u sent ur sms to what number? this rm1 promotion will not count the sms if u send to FnF number.even u sent a rm10 sms to ur FnF number, ur call rate still will be the same.

I call celcom/digi/hotlink number until rm5-rm6 per days also not get any message just sometime will get message and i have check that call rate still rm0.36 sen.If use for call and sms FnF that call rate won't change ?

I think you need to send 10x SMS to non-FnF numbers until you reached RM1, then only start enjoy 12sen/minute call.
If just call without any SMS, the charge will still be 36sen/minute...

lol .. if u called even to rm100 , also cannot get rm0.12 call rate. what u need to do is , just send sms untill rm1 , then u can get a rm0.12 call rate

yup the trick is send SMS instead of calling lol.... they got some trick up their sleeves

basically, before hitting RM1 domestic sms per day, here are the charges

1 flat call rate : RM0.36/ min
1 flat sms rate: RM0.10/ sms
FnF call rate: RM0.15/ min (can add up to 11 digi no. + 4 other operator no.)
FnF sms to Digi: RM0.01/ sms
FnF sms to other operator: RM0.10/ sms

after hitting RM1 total SMS usage in a day (excluding FnF numbers)
1 flat call rate : RM0.12/ min including FnF numbers
Sms to digi: RM0.01/ sms including FnF numbers
Sms to other network: RM0.10/ sms including FnF numbers

and if u pay RM30 for Super Long Life, u also can extend ur validity for 1 year regardless of the top up amount

another benefit for this plan is WAP/GPRS/EDGE usage is capped at RM5 per day, after hitting RM5, any additional data usage is FOC for the day.

thx for the information have 1 question and digi very clever make me very blur few days why can't receive any message after i call all operator until rm5 and sms fnf alot also same rate make me confuse...next time i should read all t&c 1st .

no. u need to change to digi new call plan to get this promotion. but once u change to new plan , u cannot change it back to ur old plan (superSMS).

the answer is NO, the amount that entitle for Birthday bonus won't be counted in Reload bonus calculation

Yes, you can't change back to Super plans after you change to this new plan.
Super SMS, achieve RM 0.50 = Free SMS to all DiGi numbers
New plan, achieve RM 1.00 of SMS = RM 0.01/SMS to all DiGi numbers and RM 0.12/minute to everywhere.

No charge to change to new plan.

No news about it and I doubt they will make it FOC upgrade for current EDGE users.

i guess they're doing in phases.

1st phase: intro 3G broadband, slowly to the public.

2nd phase: intro 3G broadband on mobile phones, for existing subs.

3rd phase: possibly aggresively expand their 3G network.


during phase 1, DiGi CEO mentioned in the press that they're not focusing heavily to take over the market. their target is to manage a certain size of broadband customers to give the best possible performance/support.

this is why their service/performance is the best amongst telcos (excluding WiMAX operators).

if DiGi expands too fast, they'll BURNOUT the network infrastructure too quickly. at the end, Digi = Maxis = Celcom
