Compugates Holdings Bhd announced that Lembaga Tabung Haji has an interest of 23109200 (units) representing 6.55% of the share capital of the Company.

Lembaga tabung haji become share holder of compugt in oct 2008? any idea?

MEMS(PN17, fault statement), Ramunia(to be PN17 if Sime did not buy their share)

Not all the time invest in problem company kua..

But do not worry, Goverment will not let them lose money. They will find somewhere to cover the unknown loss and injecting the money. Else, they unable to pay 7-15% dividend return every year but not to non-bptra.

The 30 largest shareholders as of 30 April 2009, does not include Lembaga Tabung Haji
All i can see from No.1 to No.30 is mostly Goh Kheng Peow or See Thoo Chan

Even if LTH did holds 23 millions shares it merely would represents about 1% b'cos COMPUGATES has over 2 billions shares (2,134,289,020)

hahha let's see hows tomorrow performance ... maybe will buy few k unit to play play .. hm.. gamble i mean

The share even rebound will back to 0.115-0.140 , reason because majority are holding the lowest price 0.075 and 0.08 .. this make those selling are not high and will make the goreng more easy as more people will start to buy ...

But I hope this stocks will have the IRIS sympton .. from 0.08 cents jump to 0.20 now .. and you pray the big crocs vincent tan intrested in this stocks ..

last week la. wednesday. the money is already in the account and the trading limit is already set to 100k.
but the funny thing is when i buy the shares. it says that my trading limit is rm0.00

which is funny. aih hopefully next week still will be 0.07-0.08 range la.

I'm sure you have proof that you have banked in the amount, perhaps you need to call the broker to help you to check. By the way, the checking should be very fast, doesn't require a day to adjust it for you, unless their system and service is poor. Then we sing it loud here.

The problem is that data has been update or not. i also notice that lembaga tabung haji does not exist. Someone is other forum do mention compugt is a political link company. Is that possible?

Based on the history, the couple hold their shares normally from 51% to the highest 68%.

On 18 May, The couple still buy shares, to maintain > 50%, which is 50.04%.
On 20 May, Dato Goh actually increase his shares from 5.11 to 5.58%.

Dato Goh was actually IMHO, considered as friend, dated back at 18 Oct 2007, which he has bought 5.11% shares in Compugates. Given some tips that Dato has not touched this stock for a long time, and how he would know this is the time to buy?

Only start from 27 - 29 May, the couple shares at 43.46 + 0.06%
Then 01 - 03 Jun, the couple shares at 36.64 + 0.31%.
The closing price for 01 - 05 Jun, where they hold only 37%, the share price is 0.075 - 0.080, nothing lower much.

Basically I think the couple will buy back, They still want to be the major shareholders. May 27 to June 5, it's only about 1 week, that they hold below 51%.

The pattern is like this, previously they also dispose the shares until 51%, not lower like this month this year, then after the next month, they would buy back up until 60+% shares.

They buy back (increase their shares) for following periods :
At year 2006, Sept onwards
At year 2007, Aug onwards
At year 2008, Jul onwards,

They dispose mostly at
At year 2006, Starts Feb
At year 2007, Starts Mar
At year 2008, Starts Mar
For year 2009, Starts Feb
