aiyo... who told u money upfront need BIG volume wor? as long as u put money in their trust.. let say RM5k.. then u can trade anything below the 5k limit.. they will offer u RM8 or 0.05% for first 2 months.. 3rd month onwards, RM10 or 0.1%

no cash-upfront.. 0.2% or RM12.. which i think still cheaper only if u buy more than RM2857 in single contract..

jupiter cheapest brokerage in town and customer service also worst in town.

Did anyone see the price manipulation just before the close of Closing At Last? They was a block of 1.2 million share on B-Q at 8 sen during the Closing At Last. It was pulled out 1 second before 4:50, and 1.4 million shares inserted to S-Q at 7.5 sen, to lower closing price at 7.5 sen. Someone does not want the price to rise at this time. The good news is: if someone is manipulating the price, sooner or later he has to manipulate the price up to make money. So just sit tight.

What makes you think is the bank? Banks don't manipulate. They just sell off if margin is not met? Any info to back up you thinking.

Shares prices getting low got 2 reason :

a) The couple dispose their shares from 60+++ % majority come to 50.04% at the higher price already.
(so probably they have make that profit at the stage of > 0.100)
10% of shares make profit.

b) The couple dispose their shares again until below 51%, perhaps they might lose over here, since selling the lower price. Therefore 10% of shares make losses. By doing this, it also shake off those people who bought above > 0.100, (extra fats) and the price would low automatically.

Since this year is the economy downturn, who would think of investing penny company, or to try to buy over the majority shares of compugates. So they dare to challenge themselves to the market, with weapon behind (which is to make the price steady)

Strategies,
i) By keeping the shares price low and steady, so to make people boring to play this shares, at the sametime, to attract quality good buyer.

Quality Good buyer means will invest in this penny company for sometime (long term) such as Dato' Goh, no matter what happens. This is good for company.

ii) The second thing is when the price is low enough, the couple could enter the shares with majority quantity of shares very easily. They could even easily buy up until 51% with a price of 0.075, compare to a price of 0.150. Currently hold 37%.

iii) Identify the volume, since the couple is doing the selling, such as 145 Millions of shares, at least another 145millions of shares for buying. This is very important to create the traffic, without traffic, by buying their own shares back without a group of audience, it's very hard to have the power to UP.


The timing is like this:
The attraction is like this, when every other shares is down, the couple can stimulate the UPs, before doing this, the market need to be down at least 2 to 3 days... By then, everyone will get excited over this counter, since no other shares can be so attractive than this.


Remember,
EPF invest in a company need to get profit. So does the director. Director invest in a company also need to have profit, not only from the business, but also from the shares. EPF can manipulate the shares up, so does the majority shareholders. So if majority shareholder can not dispose their shares, how they could buy back? Is it always to increase their majority shares up to 100%, until then there is no one is shareholders but only the COUPLE?
