it is the top version - its cheaper than the bomba & elastico because (i assume) its only made with calf leather. the other two use kanga-lite which is meant to be nike's 'elite, high-end' material for boots

ive also got some of the discontinued t-5 and t-7 available for sale! check my signature smile.gif

There's only one obvious choice right now for Nike:

NIKE LUNARGATO SAFARI

How does it feel? They look like AF1s so I'm not too sure about using it for futsal. The very reason why I haven't bought 'em. ALI Alamanda are selling these, for those who are wondering where to get them.

Added on January 12, 2011, 1:54 pmI just bought all three from ALI Alamanda biggrin.gif

hi riziger,

Just want to share my experienced. I have nike 5 gato first version (orange color) and nike 5 T7. But I like t7 much because of types/shape make me more comfortable while shooting and speed. It depend to your foot type also either your foot is A or B type. But my suggestion is you try super sala because it much better than Gato.

Alright, i loved my t5 as well. Felt for the first time that the shoe really fit me well.

What i'm asking about is the new lunargato though, not the nike 5 gato.

I'm currently using Lunar Gato. The grip is so good on hard court. I think it suit my play as medium pace player... If you're a fast pace player, u might want to wear T7 or Elastico.

But overall, Lunar Gato is best for it comfort.

Hi, Just wanna get a feedback here from everyone. My current futsal boots are starting to fall apart abit, so I'm starting to do some research, I'm just wondering why is the supersala or sala edition so popular, I've never tried it before but I don't like the way it looks because of the round head, I've always liked my boots to have a sharper front and lower so its easy to chip or pick the ball up, But I'm pretty sure I'm missing out on something here because EVERYWHERE i go i see... sala .. sala.. sala.. sala, haha so will someone please solve this mystery for me as to why its so popular or whats so good about it.

The Bomba Finale really gives you good grip when playing on turf/carpet court. When the grip is there, it gives you that assurance that you can run faster without having to worry about slipping hence resulting in a faster and more confident performance.

IMHO, the sala is very light and very suitable for those fast-paced players who beats others by sprinting pass them lol.
Looks very fancy if there's a very skillful player wearing it.
I tried it once but my size was a lil small.

Check out my signature, wanted to sell it off to get the same shoe but a bigger size. =S

Tried my Lunar Gato Safari last Thursday. Very shooter friendly. I like it! And again, having a proper footwear to suit the surface gives me the necessary grip I need to go all out.

As for my Bomba Finale, took me 2-3 sessions to get my feet to work together with it. When the turf isn't that "deep" or "grassy" enough, I tend to get slight aches on the bottom of my feet.
