QUOTE(qsp1985 @ Jun 2 2009, 03:09 AM) Where do we get the higher end futsal shoes? only at al-ikhsan? Usualy the nike sportland shops or adidas outlet all sell the lower end 1. Not true bro. Adidas and Nike boutiques do carry higher-end futsal shoes like Salas and T7s.

QUOTE(giotto @ Jun 2 2009, 11:53 AM) While Nike has buck the trend by bringing in the T7's, the same cannot be said about Adidas. We don't see any Predator Sala sold here. We don't see any Adipure Indoor sold here. With Nike, they brought in literally every futsal shoes available in market. The Sala available in Adidas boutiques is limited in range. I saw Top Sala IX Climacool two months ago at the Adi boutique in Sunway Pyramid. Nothing else. Price is RM3xx. This post has been edited by plokoon: Jun 2 2009, 02:45 PM

QUOTE(giotto @ Jul 4 2009, 05:22 PM) Rob, Wow, you sure their futsal shoes has that rubber thingy at the front now? Which colorway has that? But really, those rubber thingy at the front of the shoes do nuts to your shooting technique. Absolutely no extra curl and i doubt any social futsal players here can lay claim that shooting accuracy is better, unless you're Rooney or something. Having worn the Adidas PS Sala for close to a year now, i must say the rubber thingy hasn't done much in terms of shooting but in totality, the shoes is light. The latest yellow and black if I'm not mistaken. I was rather surprised as well.

QUOTE(nshady @ Jul 13 2009, 12:51 PM) All i can get is the football boots. Even soccernet.com sells only mercurial veloci V and vapor is football boots. Did you type the word 'futsal shoe' behind it or not? No problem with me finding it.

Buying from Prodirect is not exactly a woeful experience. Yes, they only use Royal Mail for international deliveries, but it only takes 6-8 days at the maximum for delivery to Malaysia. It is a registered delivery btw, so you can track it. To be fair, that's a very reasonable amount of time to wait.
Ty-incubus, which model you looking at?

QUOTE(crapoccur @ Nov 21 2009, 02:04 PM) Hey guys, do you know where to get the head band like below? I need it to keep my fringe from my face when i play. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « It's not available here as the demand for it is not huge. Those that we see here are mainly for tennis players. Yes, European countries definitely will have it. I have also seen it Japan, it's marketed as the football hairband. Well, try eBay I would say. QUOTE(gerrardtorres9 @ Jan 15 2010, 07:48 PM) In terms of performance, i think not much difference with shoot II or I right ? Just another generic futsal shoe which copies the Laser III design. Offers nothing in terms of performance. Only cosmetic difference. If you want performance, better look for T-5 or T-7.

QUOTE(kimganner @ Nov 14 2010, 07:10 AM) could you guys give some advise on how to choose a pair of shin guards? or maybe recommend some decent ones i can look out for. will be joining a 5-a-side football weekly kickabout session, but i've been informed that i must wear shin guards to be allowed to play. total n00b about football kit stuff since never played up to serious enough level that i'd invest in shin guards... Most of the shinguards out there in the market are decent enough (mostly polyurethrane of plastic material). Unless you wanna spend over RM100 for a pair of aluminium shin guards, I would suggest you just take your pick from any other shin guards you see (price ranges from RM15+ upwards. Question is, slip-on shin guards or shin guards with straps (depends on your comfortability preference)? Light duty protection or heavy duty protection (heavy duty ones are heavier)? QUOTE(headhunter7 @ Nov 21 2010, 01:01 PM) I don't particularly prefer those shinguards that extend all the way as you posted. The sole of the foot feels weird, and you wouldn't have a natural kicking position.. or to me atleast. I usually play with those small ones, I have long legs myself, but I prefer those small ones, yet they are enough to keep me protected, those that come with straps. ( Without them they'll slide all the way down lol).Loose socks! Or you could just use tape wrap it around ala Cristiano Ronaldo.

Include the price will ya ^^ Thinking of giving a pair of futsal shoes as birthday gift for my boyfriend There's only one obvious choice right now for Nike: NIKE LUNARGATO SAFARI RM269 if I'm not mistaken.
