Trust me, we have talked/called/wrote letter/interkom/walk to guard house N-th times to highlight all the problems. The problem is no matter how hard we resident-owners do, there are less than 5% of us living in TS. The rest? Comes here happily once a week/month/year for renovation/meet tenant/collect rental/bring kids here to swim (I saw one owner, already tenanted his units to some middle eastern yet bring his whole family here to use facilities).

What do these owners know about the slowly-but-surely downfall of TS if we don't raise awareness via open forum?
The real power lies with owners - because as soon as JMB is formed, we can practically forget about the developer (of course we still need to conduct defect audit and issue lawyer letter to them).
And I bet now, most owners who read the complaints in the forum will understand and support our motion to double the maintenance fee when JMB is formed.

People can laugh at us, turn away from TS for now, so what?
As long as we can safeguard TS's value in the long run, which I believe is the objective of at least 70% of the owners.

Horrible flooding at parking lot - there is a hole on the ceiling (or beam?) and water flowing out like there is a broken down pipe...

Our intercom works... (we call security to halau ppl from pool every other day tongue.gif )

Water leaking into carpark due to swimming pool is fixed - but due to undersized drainage (whenever it rains heavily), not fixed.
We need more ppl to call developer as they are completely controlling the money that we paid.

The other problem is rain water (somehow) sipping into lift chamber...

Dear all, the Pro-tem committee has met up with COB.
COB will be issuing the "ultimatum" to the developer to call for AGM - if they fail to respond within 14 days, COB will take legal action against the developer and bring them to court.

However on our side, we need to collect signature from owners to appoint one resident to receive mandate from COB to call for AGM.
Please meet us this Sunday 10.30am at 5th Floor, Common Area to sign the petition.

12 Sept @ Penang. We have appealed to COB to change the meeting venue to TS.
