have a buyer finding for atmosfera condo 1282SF unit. Budget is around 480-500k.

I have a question.
As a owner but rented a unit to other ppl, can the owner still have the rights to enjoy the facilities like swimming pool, gym badminton hall and etc??? |

I was leaving my place (Villamas apartment) a few days back in the evening, and saw an ambulance driving past, heading in the direction of Atmosfera. Maybe that was the reason......  |
