My cousin just came back from uk, and is offering me a wii at really cheap price. 400rm standard set.

My question is since he bought from uk, I assume its a uk/Europe spec, will I have problems using it here, and able to find Europe region games easily?

Is this model able to be mod?

Want to ask if anyone encountered this problem. I have my wii connected to my sony led tv via component cable. Every once in a while i play, the tv keeps on refreshing the screen showing the component tv details. Its kind of annoying as the tv will be blank for 1-2 seconds as it refreshes

Guys, my bro just bought a wii but he can't find a cd anywhere. He's looking for Resident Evil 4. Anyone selling it or knows where can I find it?

i just got myself a 2nd hand jap modded wii. can i play US ori zelda game? coz everytime i put the disc and run disc channel i got error

JAP model can only play original NTSC-J cd
US game can only be played on US model
so, the answer is NO.
there is a way to play that game, but it is dangerous to do it.
it's called modding.

I feel cheated buying the wii
if u have a 42/28/50" TV, it will look jaggy on your tv, even if u use a component cable and set it to 480p
I haven't try a wii2hdmi hardware cuz it's too pricey, u can buy 1 more controller with its price
The alternative to play wii is using a software called d0|ph|n

wii is meant for sdtv. im playing wii with edtv with component and it produce nice quality graphic (if we not comparing with hd console).

I think it's better to buy WIi U, cuz there r no new games for wii, there focus on Wii U nowadays.

I was just wondering..... Is the circle pad necessary to play MH3U? Would it be hard to control the camera w/out it?
