JAP model can only play original NTSC-J cd
US game can only be played on US model
so, the answer is NO.
there is a way to play that game, but it is dangerous to do it.
it's called modding.

I feel cheated buying the wii
if u have a 42/28/50" TV, it will look jaggy on your tv, even if u use a component cable and set it to 480p
I haven't try a wii2hdmi hardware cuz it's too pricey, u can buy 1 more controller with its price
The alternative to play wii is using a software called d0|ph|n
